Ordering Information

Orders may be placed by phone, fax, or online. Minimum order amount is $11.95 (plus shipping and handling). Please make sure to include product number, full description, and quantity desired. We will also be happy to provide you with a quote for volume purchases, size variations, and for items you cannot locate.

Return Policy

A return authorization number from LifeThyme^™ Garden Markers must be received prior to return of any merchandise. All return shipments must be prepaid. Returns of special orders or customized products are not allowed.

Shipping Policy

All shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. The minimum shipping and handling charge on any order is $6.50 anywhere in the USA. LifeThyme^™ Garden Markers must be notified within 30 days of receipt of product, of any shipping discrepancies. Orders are shipped F.O.B. Wayne, MI or point of origin.
